Tuscan Villa Renovation

This whole-home renovation in Fountain Hills restored and modernized a Mediterranean-style villa while honoring its Old-World character. We repaired and resealed the clay tile roof, refreshed the exterior plaster, and restored reclaimed wood beams and wrought-iron detailing throughout.

Inside, the kitchen and bathrooms were fully rebuilt with contemporary systems and appliances wrapped in traditional finishes — hand-tumbled stone, oil-rubbed bronze, and custom plaster walls. A central courtyard was reimagined as an indoor-outdoor focal point.

The project balanced preservation with modernization, giving the owners a home that performs to today's standards while keeping the Tuscan craftsmanship that makes it unique.
